Nishtha Shah
Psychotherapist
I am a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist working with late teens and adults. Across 4+ years and 1000+ therapy hours, I have learned that care works best when it respects the uniqueness of the person in front of me.
Therapy with me is collaborative. We explore your emotional patterns, belief systems, relationships, and lived experiences together. My role is not to fix you, but to support you as you build clarity, resilience, and a steadier relationship with yourself.
