I am a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist who works with late teens and adults navigating various challenges and concerns. Over the past 4 years and 1000+ hours of sessions, I have come to experience that we are all beautifully unique and need care that can cater to that uniqueness. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your belief systems, emotional patterns, and lived experiences together. My role is not to fix you, but to support you as you build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
